This may include contractors, realtors, lenders, appraisers, inspectors and investment partners. You will always be notified of who, when and why someone is coming. No worries, its all part of the process.

    They will provide an estimate for any neccesary renovations the property may require. If there is any major issues, such as roof, hvac or foundation, specialty contractors may be called upon.

    Realtors

    No, we are not listing your house on the MLS. We are interested in the current value and potential future value of the property. A realtor will make a CMA and may need to see the property.

    Lenders

    In most cases, we will be buying your property with CASH. Though under certain circumstances we may find a loan to acquire your property and the lender may want to see the property.
